Moroni City will hold a public hearing Thursday, November 17, 2022, at 7 p.m. to receive public comment regarding the following proposed fee increases at the Moroni City Community Center, 80 South 200 West, Moroni, UT.
- Cemetery burial services: A proposed $200.00 fee increase for the weekend/holiday opening and closing of a grave.
A proposed $100.00 fee increase for the opening and closing of a grave after 3:00 p.m. any day.
- Opera House Rental Fee:
A proposed $25.00 fee increase for each of the following specified uses:- Lobby only use with or without food
- Entire building: 6 hours or all-day use
A proposed $10.00 increase for the specified use for recitals
- Garbage pick-up fee: Proposed Garbage pick-up fee would increase $1.50.
North Sanpete Disposal is requesting a $1.00 rate increase and Moroni City $.50.
