Public Hearings will be held Thursday, June 22, 2023, at 7 p.m. in conjunction with the regularly scheduled city council meeting.
The purpose of the hearings is to receive public comment regarding the following:
- Adopt the Moroni City proposed FY24 operating budget and setting forth new animal at large and records request fees, along with adopting the certified-tax rate proposed by Sanpete County.
- Open and amend the FY23 budget.
- An independent enterprise fund transfer hearing to discuss the intended transfer from the Water Fund to the General Fund in the amount of $25,000, which is 5.75% of the total expenses of the FY23 water budget.
- Additional language regarding the use of a Recreational Coach as a temporary or permanent dwelling to be added to Ordinance 10-4A-2(2) Permitted Accessory Uses.
