Moroni City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. to receive public comment regarding the proposed Moroni City Annexation Policy Plan at the Moroni City Community Center, 80 South 200 West, Moroni, UT.
A complete copy (shown below) of the proposed Moroni City Annexation Policy Plan can be viewed at the city hall during regular business hours. Monday – Thursday 9:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. * 80 South 200 West.

PUBLIC HEARING
The Moroni City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. The hearing will address proposed amendments to Moroni City Subdivision Ordinance Title 11. The proposed amendments are intended to: 1) simplify and expedite the approval process for simple lot subdivisions, and 2) establish a clear procedure for amending the title of the ordinance. All interested parties are encouraged to attend and provide comment.
