USU Extension will be at the Emergency Preparedness Fair next Saturday to test pressure canner lids for FREE! If you would like yours tested, bring your pressure canner lid AND its weight with you.
This is a great opportunity to learn more about home canning and make sure your canning equipment is functioning correctly.
